485 Graduate Visa가 만 35세 미만 전에 신청을 해야 합니다. 여기에 예외 직업군은 없음에 숙지하시고요.
대신 health professionals (약사, 의사) 같은 경우 medical practioner로 등록을 하기 위해서 일정한 internship 요구되는데 호주에서는 최소 12개월을 잘 마쳐야 정식 의사로 등록할 수 있는 자격이 생깁니다.
Following successful completion of the Doctor of Medicine (MD), graduates complete a 12-month internship program primarily in major public teaching hospitals. On successful completion of this internship, junior doctors are eligible to receive full registration with the State Medical Board or Council.
이때 비자를 485가 불가능하다고 판단이 되면 407 training visa를 신청하는 것을 모색해야 합니다.

Conditional registration - health practitioners
Health practitioners who are treating patients as part of their occupational training are required to have conditional registration from the relevant national, state/territory regulatory body. As a matter of policy, nominations for health practitioners must include a letter from the relevant registration authority advising that the nominee has the required conditional registration. This confirms that they are legally enabled to undertake occupational training that involves the treatment of patients.

Nomination type 1 - Occupational training for registration etc
Subregulation 2.72B(2) applies if the Minister is satisfied that:
(a) the occupational training is necessary for the nominee to obtain registration, membership or licensing in Australia, or in the home country of the nominee, in relation to the occupation of the nominee; and
(b) the registration, membership or licensing is required in order for the nominee to be employed in the occupation of the nominee in Australia, or in the home country of the nominee; and
(c) the duration of the occupational training is necessary for the nominee to obtain registration, membership or licensing in Australia or the home country of the nominee in relation to the identified occupation, taking into account the prior experience of the nominee; and
(d) the occupational training is workplace based; and
(e) the nominee has appropriate qualifications and experience to undertake the occupational training.
따라서, 우선 공부를 해야 하는 것은 유학원에 문의를 하시고 비자 관련된 것은 호주비자법을 전문으로 하는 저 같은 이민법무사에게 의존하시면 도움이 될 것입니다. 저는 참고로 유학업무는 전혀 하지 않습니다.
